Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are really proud of Jetsleeper® and love using the product ourselves. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Jetsleeper®, or have any questions about how to use it, please contact us. We are more than happy to exchange your Jetsleeper® for a different colour, but cannot offer refunds for “change of mind” so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to exchange a Jetsleeper® for a different colour product, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
To exchange an item, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your email. You will need to return the Jetsleeper® to us at the address provided below.

The Jetsleeper will need to be:
- In it’ original packaging, in a saleable condition
- Unused, undamaged, unwashed
Faulty Items Returns
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to arrange a full replacement or exchange.
- We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
- To return a faulty item, it must be in new & unused condition.
What makes the product faulty?
- It doesn’t work – it’s faulty (unless caused by you)
- It has been wrongly described
- It is different to the goods that you ordered.
